Jacky Liu

Founder · O-1A Visa Holder · FRSA · Silicon Valley Entrepreneur

Bio

Jacky Liu is a serial entrepreneur with 26 years of experience building and investing across China and Silicon Valley. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) and holder of an O-1A Extraordinary Ability visa, he brings rare dual fluency — in both the Chinese talent landscape and the American opportunity market.

The Story: 20 Days, 500 Pages, Zero Attorneys

Jacky's path to O-1 was unconventional. After encountering a string of immigration attorneys unable to articulate the true depth of his expertise, he took matters into his own hands. Using AI as his co-pilot, he researched, structured, and assembled a 500+ page petition in just 20 days — with zero attorney involvement. The petition was reviewed by several top-tier immigration firms, who assessed it as meeting the highest professional standards. It was submitted without a single modification, approved in 11 business days, and received no Request for Evidence (RFE).

The Insight: A Market Gap No One Was Solving

That experience revealed a fundamental gap in the market. Over 90% of O-1 rejections stem not from unqualified applicants, but from attorneys who cannot translate extraordinary achievement into the language immigration officers recognize. Meanwhile, fewer than 1,000 mainland Chinese professionals received O-1 approval in 2023 — not because the talent doesn't exist, but because the bridge doesn't.

The Network: 500+ Leaders, 20+ Industries

With a network spanning 500+ industry leaders built over 26 years across more than 20 industries, Jacky understands both sides of this equation. He knows which Chinese professionals are truly extraordinary — and he knows exactly what U.S. employers are looking for. O-1 Bridge exists to close that gap: connecting exceptional talent with the employers who need them, through a process built on certainty, not chance.

Why We Built This.

The world's most accomplished professionals shouldn't have their career in the U.S. decided by a lottery — or by an attorney who doesn't understand what makes them extraordinary. We built O-1 Bridge to make that unnecessary.

Hiring and relocating exceptional people should feel intentional — not like rolling dice against an annual cap. We believe certainty matters for teams planning roadmaps and for individuals planning their lives.

O-1 Bridge exists to elevate extraordinary ability: the publications, leadership, and outcomes that already meet a rigorous standard — and to connect that proof with employers who need it on the ground in the U.S.

Our Values

  • Meritocracy over lottery

Extraordinary ability should speak for itself. We reject the idea that chance should determine who gets to contribute.

  • Transparency in process

No hidden fees, no false promises. We tell you exactly what we do, how we do it, and what to expect.

  • Zero barriers to entry

Free for employers. Free for talents to apply. We earn only when exceptional matches are made.
